Petty Officer 1st Class Benjamin Bransford, the conductor of the Navy Sea Chanters chorus, which will perform the national anthem for the 56th Presidential Inauguration, waits for rehearsal to begin in Washington. More than 5,000 men and women in uniform are providing military ceremonial support to the presidential inauguration, a tradition dating back to George Washington's 1789 inauguration.
