    Maj. Gen. Wesley E. Craig, adjutant general of Pennsylvania, awards the Meritorious Service Medal to Lt. Col. Christopher McDevitt 103rd Engineer Battalion, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard outgoing commander for his notorious service, dedication and mission accomplishment while serving as commander for the 103rd Engineer Battalion.
