U.S. Marines watch as Malaysian soldiers demonstrate the assembly of a snare trap as part of a jungle survival course June 1 during Exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training 2014 at Teluk Gorek Beach, Malaysia. Participating nations for CARAT are skilled military professionals, and this exercise helps increase interoperability between armed forces, while at the same time building enduring personal and professional relationships between individuals.
