Senior Master Sgt. Marty Hitt, 446th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Blue Aircraft Maintenance Unit assistant superintendent at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., has been in the Air Force Reserve for 16 years. During the week, he works in the Maintenance and Engineering division at Alaska Airlines in Sea-Tac, Washington. Hitt’s been with the company for 16 years as well.
