Four naval personnel are standing on a pier or ship deck at a military harbor, engaged in conversation. They are wearing standard naval working uniforms with safety vests (red and yellow), ball caps, and one individual has hearing protection headphones. Multiple large naval vessels are visible in the background at what appears to be a busy naval base.
