A Japan Maritime Self Defense Force C-130R Hercules flies over a grounded U.S. Air Force EC-130 belonging to the 41st Electronic Combat Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Ariz., July 12, 2014. The C-130R Hercules is one of six aircraft that will be conducting flight training at D-M. The aircraft were purchased by the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force through NAVAIR's Tactical Airlift, Adversary and Support Aircraft Program (PMA-207) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) office.
