Gen. Vincent K. Brooks, U.S. Army Pacific commanding general gives a tour to Republic of Korea Army Gen. Park Seon Woo, 24th deputy commander of Combined Forces Command during an honor ceremony held for Park at historic Palm Circle, Fort Shafter, Hawaii, July 11. Brooks discussed USARPAC and Palm Circle’s history with Park. The U.S. and South Korea has been partnered nations holding an alliance for more than 61 years.
