Two military personnel in Army Combat Uniforms (ACU) are operating a satellite communications dish mounted on a trailer at what appears to be a military port or harbor facility. The scene includes multiple military vehicles and equipment staged on a concrete pier, with a naval installation visible across the water in the background. The setting suggests a field communications exercise or operational deployment.
