An outdoor military ceremony is taking place on a raised platform/stage area with a large crowd of uniformed personnel and civilians in attendance. Color guard members are visible on the right holding flags, including the American flag, while photographers kneel in the foreground capturing the event. The setting appears to be a military installation with palm trees, parking lots, and base buildings visible in the background.
