SAN DIEGO - Petty Officer 1st Class James Coleman and Petty Officer 3rd Class Jason Flores, members of U.S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team San Diego, verify that the newly installed light-emitting diode beacon operates correctly at the Point Loma lighthouse in San Diego, Feb. 6, 2013.
