Spc. Keith Grant, a prior service 68W (army medic) student at Foxtrot Company, 232nd Medical Battalion, writes his goals on the unit's Performance Triad goals board. The intent of the goals board is to influence the life space of Soldiers by setting obtainable goals and educating them on the importance of making healthier choices. More than 150 Soldiers participated. Many of the Soldiers linked their Performance Triad goals to PRT, healthier choices during non-period of instruction (POI) time, and academic goals.
