Several Hawijah city locals wait under a tent for the remaining Iraqis, who were in the process of reconciling, before leaders of the Iraqi army and Iraqi police, and their coalition forces counterparts, spoke to them during a reconciliation held at Forward Operating Base McHenry, in Kirkuk province, Iraq, on Dec. 13, 2008. Many went to clear their family name from any sort of terrorist affiliation.
