McCain (DDG 56), boards the Philippine navy frigate BRP Gregaorio del Pilar (PF-15) as a part of a visit, board, search, and seizure exercise. John S. McCain is participating in Co-operation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Philippines 2014.
