U.S. Army Soldiers of the 366th Engineer Company, Weirton, WV, and soldiers of the Dominican Army's 5th Infantry Brigade lay a cement pad outside a new U.S. military-built medical clinic at Vicente Noble, Dominican Republic, June 21, as part of "Beyond the Horizon 2014." The clinic was one of three built during the three-month joint military humanitarian exercise, which also included the building of new classrooms at La Guazara and Pescaderia, and free medical services at local hospitals. Dominican Republic’s 5th Infantry Brigade, stationed at Barahona, and the 1st Infantry Brigade, stationed at Santo Domingo, as well as military representatives from Canada, Chile, Brazil, Colombia and Peru were also actively involved in the mission.
