A U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules military transport aircraft is landing or taking off on a runway, with tire smoke visible beneath the main landing gear. The aircraft bears the tail code 'RS' and serial number '78614', indicating it belongs to the 37th Airlift Squadron based in Ramstein, Germany.
