A rigid-hull inflatable boat is lowered from the guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze (DDG 94) to conduct a personnel transfer with the Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO-199). Nitze is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
