A ribbon-cutting ceremony opened the Presidential Information and Coordination Center located in Kabul, Afghanistan June 10, 2014. Present during the ceremony were Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta, minister of foreign affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, James B. Cunningham, ambassador of the U.S. to Afghanistan, and Gen. Joseph F. Dunford, International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces Afghanistan commander.
