Anthony Bianca, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 16 commanding officer, addresses Marines with Marine Aircraft Logistics Squadron (MALS) 16 after successfully passing an aviation maintenance inspection with a grade of 100 percent. The inspection is held to give the squadron an insight to what needs attention. Passing the inspection with a perfect score solidifies that MALS-16 is one of the top units in the Marine Corps.
