The U.S. Army 173rd Airborne Brigade participated in a large ceremonial “wing exchange” at Adazi Training Center following a series of airborne operations and training near Adazi, Latvia, June 12, 2014. A wing exchange takes place when service members of different nations partake in a parachute jump together, thereby qualifying them for the different country’s airborne certification. U.S. Army Sgt.
