An M777A2 lightweight 155 mm howitzer is tied down inside of the cargo ship Prince Hayate before it is offloaded June 2 at the Port of Sendai, Sendai, Japan. The artillery piece will be used by Marines with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, during Artillery Relocation Training Program 14-1. The battalion will train at the Ojojihara Maneuver Area May 26 through the end of June. During this training, they will train in relocating artillery positions, artillery live-fire, small-arms weapons tactics and other various sustainment events. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Jose O.
