U.S. Marine Corps, Navy and Army officers and senior enlisted stationed on Okinawa listen to Brig. Gen. Niel E. Nelson June 5 during a ceremony at the Camp Foster Community Center commemorating their graduation from either the Expeditionary Warfare School or the Command and Staff College. The courses are part of a distance education program for select federal employees, staff noncommissioned and commissioned officers offered by the Marine Corps University.
