    The "Niconico Festival" is a multicultural entertainment and cosplay convention held annually in Tokyo. Sgt. Burleigh and Sgt. Edwards are posing with a Japanese cosplay during festival. The U.S. Army Japan and I-Corps(FWD) was invited to perform in front an audience of nearly 125, 000 people and nearly 7 million online viewers. This bilateral event was designed to promote the U.S. Army Japan and the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force organizations.
