Spc. Chase Martin, an intelligence analyst with G2, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 25th Special Troops Battalion, 25th Infantry Division, invites fellow Soldiers to claim one of the dozens of holiday gift boxes under a Christmas tree at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq, Dec. 25. Martin found himself in the role of Santa Claus after his family sent him more than 100 gift boxes, filled with presents generously donated by family, friends and military supporters back in his hometown of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
