    Marine Corps Installations East       

    Brig. Gen. Robert F. Castellvi, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune congratulates a graduate of Southern Illinois University during the 19th annual Commanding General’s Graduation Ceremony at the base theater aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. More than 130 graduates from various off site universities overcame obstacles including full-time jobs while earning their degrees.
