Maj. Gen. H. Stacy Clardy III speaks to Okinawan and mainland Japanese audiences while on the FM21 radio show May 29 in Urasoe City, Okinawa. The radio show gave Clardy a chance to inform an audience of approximately 100,000 listeners about the history, capabilities, responsibilities and organization of the 3rd Marine Division. He also explained how the Marines of 3rd MarDiv work closely with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force here and are also engaged in the local community.
