Surgeon General of the Navy and Chief of Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Vice Adm. Matthew Nathan, center, joins other Navy officials and Guam representatives during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new U.S. Naval Hospital Guam in Agana Heights.
