Brothers Michael and Larry Maxwell prepare to scatter the ashes of their father Pearl Harbor survivor Lt. Wayne Maxwell during a ceremony aboard the USS Utah Memorial. Maxwell was a 30-year Navy veteran and former crew member of the farragut-class destroyer USS Aylwin during the Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. He was 93.
