Three large tandem-rotor helicopters, consistent with CH-47 Chinook type, are flying over a lake or reservoir surrounded by trees and hills. The central helicopter is visibly carrying a suspended load, likely a water bucket, suggesting firefighting operations. The scene is captured in low-light conditions, rendering the helicopters and landscape largely in silhouette.
