Cpl. Christopher L. Molver scans for mock enemies while his squad members prepare to transport a simulated casualty during military operations on urbanized terrain training May 7 at Combat Town in the Central Training Area. During the training, Marines wore an Instrumental Tactical Engagement Simulation System, a sensor system mounted on harnesses over their combat load. The I-TESS would provide an auditory signal when one of the wearers suffered simulated wounds and required aid. Molver, a Dallas, Ore., native, is an engineer equipment operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
