Monty Willoughby, native of Clever Mo., serving as squadron commander for the 4th Squadron 10th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, attached to 2nd (Heavy) Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad hands an award to a sports trainer at the reopening of the Al-Adle Sports Club, Dec. 3. The ceremony marked the handing over of the building after three months of renovation by coalition forces and Iraqi contractors.
