A group of military and civilian personnel are providing veterinary care to a water buffalo (carabao) restrained within a bamboo chute or pen. The team includes a US Army soldier, an Australian military officer wearing a bush hat, a Filipino military/civilian personnel, and a civilian woman in a pink shirt. This appears to be a civil-military cooperation veterinary outreach activity, likely in the Philippines.
