A local Iraqi contactor uses precision tools to work on a new fencing project for an entry control point here at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. Army and Air Force service members worked together to contract the project, which included a new waiting room, that will improve the security of the ECP and enhance relations with the Iraqis who visit here to work, conduct business or seek medical assistance.
