This infographic from SEVP (Student and Exchange Visitor Program) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement displays the number of international students from Asian countries studying in the United States. It uses a map of Asia with bubble overlays to show student counts and percentage changes comparing April 2014 to January 2014 values. China leads with 290,133 students, followed by India with 113,813 and South Korea with 91,583.

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) released “SEVIS by the Numbers,” a quarterly report of international students studying in the United States. The report is based on data from the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), a Web-based system that includes information on international students, exchange visitors and their dependents while they are in the United States.
