Staff Sgt. Casey Lutz, 48th Rescue Squadron Pararescueman, inserts an IV into the arm of a sailor rescued 1,100 nautical miles off the Pacific Coast of Mexico on May 5, 2014. The sailor was hoisted from a ship 540 nautical miles off the Pacific coast of Mexico.
