Roger Burda, a 25-year-old scout sniper with Mobile Assault Company, Task Force 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1. Burda coordinated with the Lowe's Home Improvement in his home town, Daytona, Fla., to donate the toys to eager children.
