Lake Charles, La., resident Sgt. Kenrick P. Cormier shakes the hand of a German soldier as he is awarded the gold German Federal Armed Forces Troop Proficiency Badge in Washington. The Soldiers were flown there to conduct a 30-kilometer road march. This was the final event they needed before being awarded the badge.
