The image shows a joint medical training exercise involving Philippine National Police (PULIS) officers and U.S. Army soldiers. A person is lying on the ground receiving simulated first aid treatment, with a PULIS officer wearing latex gloves attending to the casualty while a U.S. soldier identified by name tape 'PRICE' assists nearby. Additional personnel in the background suggest this is a coordinated multi-participant training scenario.
