A Sons of Iraq member receives some traffic cones from Command Sgt. Maj. Daniel Dailey, a native of Palmerton, Pa., senior enlisted advisor, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, during a checkpoint visit in Baghdad, Nov. 6, 2008. The cones will be used to replace the concertina wire currently being used to direct the traffic patterns. The Iraqi Security Forces operate the majority of checkpoints in Baghdad. Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers are giving the ISF the traffic cones in an effort to make the checkpoints look less like a military area and more like a civilian area.
