Petty Officer 3rd Class Jessica Silvestry passes out candy to children during the Norfolk Zoological Society's annual ZooBoo event at the Norfolk Zoo. Silvestry was one of more than 40 USS Wasp Sailors to volunteer at the event, which promoted education in environmental conservation and provided a safe, fun-filled option for Halloween celebration.
