U.S. Air Force para-rescuemen attend to two injured patients aboard a U.S. Air Force HC-130P King aircraft, Aug. 18, 2010. The patients are being transported to a facility where they can receive advanced medical care. This HC-130P King rescue aircraft, call-sign "Fever," is specifically designed for personnel recovery missions and able to conduct long range, day/night delivery of personnel or cargo in sensitive and combat environments.
