Dentists from the Continuing Promise 2008 medical and dental team embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge perform various procedures for local patients at the Arima District Health Facility as part of the partnership with Trinidad and Tobago. Kearsarge is supporting the Caribbean phase of CP, an equal-partnership mission between the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, Nicaragua, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
