Maj. Shelley Raymond, a native of Rice Lake, Wis., operations officer, 3rd Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, poses for a picture with Tom Jones, a native of Waltham, Mass., a seven time Thai boxing champion and former U.S. Marine, at Forward Operating Base War Eagle in Baghdad, Iraq, Oct. 31, 2008. The men are part of the Mixed Martial Arts Tour, a USO morale event that visited the troops at FOB War Eagle on Halloween. The troops had a chance to ask questions of the athletes, pose for pictures with them and receive autographs. The athletes gave the Soldiers a standing ovation and thanked them for their service and sacrifice.
