During an award ceremony for Soldiers who successfully earned the Expert Field Medical Badge, Brig. Gen. Kurt J. Ryan, commander, 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, congratulates awardees for earning one of the most prestigious awards April 17 on Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
