Gerald Wheeler, chief steelworker, and Air Force Sgt. Scott Boucher, both embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge, conducts a site survey before beginning engineering operations at Cyril Ross Nursery as part of the partnership between Continuing Promise 08 and Trinidad-Tobago. Kearsarge is supporting the Caribbean Phase of the humanitarian/civic assistance mission CP 08, an equal partnership mission between the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, Nicaragua, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
