U.S. Air Force New Horizons women stand with Belizean girls during a girls' empowerment group session April 12, 2014, in Belize City, Belize. The Belizean girls' group gathers monthly to discuss life, career and family preparation. The group's organizer invited the Air Force members this month to provide examples of career opportunities in life such as legal, paralegal, journalist, broadcaster and finance-related fields. The Air Force members are in Belize as part of the New Horizons Belize 2014, an exercise that provides Belize Defence Force, U.S. and Canadian military members the opportunity to training in the areas of engineering and medical care.
