    Rawan, a five-year-old Iraqi girl with a congenital heart disease, and her grandfather, Ali Isa Amran, visit the civil-military operations center on Forward Operating Base Kalsu to speak with Soldiers from the 415th Civil Affairs Company to help them find medical solutions for Rawan Oct. 9, 2008.
