Jeffery Vandentop, I MHG group gunnery sergeant, walk into a school under construction near Fallujah, Iraq, Oct. 13, 2008. The Marines went to local civil affairs projects underway to check on progress and speak with local sheiks and citizens. The CAG spent nearly $7.8 million in Fallujah and surrounding areas to improve infrastructure and help foster positive relationships among American service members and Iraqis.
