Chief Master Sgt. Al Flanders, 727th Expeditionary Air Control Squadron maintenance superintendant, familiarized himself with the local radio system at the new Battlespace Command and Control Center Theater, or BC3-T, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, April 9, 2014. Part of the BC3-Ts mission is to provide critical tactical air command and control, integrated air and missile defense, air tasking order and airspace control order execution capability for the combined air forces component commander.
