Sgt. Russell Chastain, a platoon sergeant with Security Company, 2nd Supply Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, provides cover for advancing Marines during combined pre-deployment training at 2nd MLG's battle skills training school, Oct. 15, 2008. Chastain, a native of Hampton, Va., has a little bit more to worry about when it comes to preparing for deployment than the average single Marine. He has a wife and a young daughter that are currently relying on him to arrange all personal matters affecting his family before he leaves. This way when he's gone, they're taken care of.
