Citizens of Ad Dujayl and Iraqi media members gathered around Mayor Muhammed Hassan Mahmood at the site of the Sept. 12, 2008 vehicle-borne improvised explosive device attack that killed 31 local citizens and left 21 citizens wounded, as he explained the processes being implemented to rebuild this area of the town and the processes being taken to prevent attacks from happening again in the future.
